Project Management Jobs and Recruitment
‘The management of people, time and costs by an individual or a team to ensure the efficient commencement, progress and conclusion of a project’ (RICS definition)
A hefty percentage of our appointments are project managers in London and the south east. We help appoint people in consultancies that work on a variety of residential and commercial projects: from niche, one-off residential houses to multimillion pound, cutting edge urban landmarks incorporating retail, education and leisure facilities.
If you want to become chartered, you need to complete the Assessment of Professional Competence, run by the RICS. It usually takes two years (though if you have a lot of experience or a MSc, you can be fast-tracked). Expect to log your hours and provide proof of your training during this time, as well as having regular meetings with a supervisor. Many of our consultancies will support employees through their training.
